Lyophilised peptides should be stored at −20°C in a dry environment away from light and moisture. Reconstituted peptides should be refrigerated at 4°C and used within the recommended timeframe. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles as this degrades purity.
Yes — every product ships with a batch-specific COA from our independent ISO 17025 accredited US laboratory. COAs are also permanently available on each product page. Orders placed before 3PM EST ship the same business day via FedEx 2-Day Air. Orders placed after 3PM EST dispatch the following business day. All shipments are fully tracked and insured. Products are shipped from our US facility with appropriate cold-chain packaging where required.
