Refund and Returns Policy

At SheerPeptide, we maintain rigorous quality control and environmental stability protocols. Due to the sensitive nature of research-grade peptides and the requirement for climate-controlled storage, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Policy

  • Final Sale: To ensure the molecular integrity and purity of our catalog, all sales are considered final.

  • Safety Protocols: Once a product has left our fulfillment center, we cannot guarantee its storage conditions. Therefore, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened vials to prevent cross-contamination and to protect the integrity of the research supply chain.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

We stand behind the accuracy of our fulfillment process. If there is a discrepancy with your order:

  • Reporting Window: Any claims for damaged items or shipment errors must be submitted via our Technical Inquiry Form within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Required Documentation: Please provide your Order ID and photographic evidence of the damaged packaging or incorrect product labels.

  • Resolution: Validated claims for damaged or incorrect items will be eligible for a complimentary replacement at no additional cost to the researcher.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Order Cancellations: Requests for cancellations must be submitted before the order enters the “Dispatched” status. Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has left our facility, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

  • Non-Delivery: If an order is lost in transit by the carrier, we will initiate an investigation. Upon confirmation of loss, a replacement shipment will be prioritized.

4. Analytical Discrepancies

  • Data-Backed Claims: If you believe a compound does not meet the specifications outlined in its Certificate of Analysis (COA), please submit your independent HPLC or MS testing data through our secure form.

  • Technical Review: Our laboratory team will review your findings. If a purity or identity discrepancy is verified, we will issue a full refund or immediate replacement of the affected batch.
